Music Making ringtones

The ringtones that the S25 recognizes directly are in this format:

Unlike the logos, the ringtones can be used in practically any mobile that allows for their customization, including the polyphonic models.

I have to confess I don't have much experience on MIDI treatment, but one way to create them is from the mobile's keypad and, then, through appropriate software, save the ringtone as MIDI on the computer.

If you know more details about the ringtone specifications, contact me and I'll put them here, with the due credit, of course.

To add notes through the keypad, use these keys:

Left/right
Previous/next note
Up/down
Up/down note
Number keys
Keys 1-7 for notes C to F

Menu
Menu for saving, deleting, etc.

8
Octave up

*
Pause
0
Octave down
#
Semitone
Side keys: change the duration

If you have created and/or modified a ringtone and you want to share it with the world, send it to me and, if it's good, I'll add it to the ringtone list! (Attention: any tones that might be considered offensive won't get to see here the light of day)
